(A.K.A. “The Most Dynamic Man Alive”)
Coming up with an author’s bio for Gideon U. Eklund when he hasn’t got any sort of publishing credentials to his name isn’t easy. “He likes video games and building plastic robots” is not exactly award-winning material.
That being said, the man spends most of his time in his own head, holding fictional conversations between people who don’t exist, creating worlds that are not real, and thinking to himself, “What’s the funniest, worst thing I could say or do in this situation right now,” followed by saying or doing that thing, and telling everyone how great he thinks he is.
When he’s not ruining fancy galas by doing that, he’s writing all the crazy crap in his head down for the entertainment of others; most of which runs the gamut of urban fantasy, sci-fi, super heroes, and anything he can think of which may fall in-between.
Since the idea of making a stable career out of a normal day job only makes him feel dead inside, he’s devoted his life to writing; something he’s enjoyed since he was a small, sarcastic boy.
…Hopefully, that’s going to work out for him. Only time will tell.
